1st Attempt: The number of workers in this factory is large, and the working hours are from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM.
Problem: This is an easy question. I am concerned about the use of the word 時 in this context. Although very common in Japanese, it certainly is not what Cantonese speakers say. Is this standard traditional Han?

Yes this is standard traditional Han, mostly used in writing. Cantonese speakers and Mandarins speakers use 點 during conversation instead of 時.
