I'm translating a company's website, on which there is a World Cup competition. The customers have to predict the result of each game. ("Tippen Sie die genauen Spielergebnisse und gewinnen Sie den Wert Ihrer Bestellung!") They have to fill out a "Tippschein" with their predictions.
All I can think of for Tippschein in this context is "entry form". It's not a lottery slip or betting slip because this isn't just a prize draw, it requires some skill and application. Any other ideas?
