Untervermietung

Does this mean that the seller is writing the actual sublease contract?
If not, then "...die von der K vorbereitet wird" refers to Zustimmung?

correction Rather, is the buyer writing the sublease?

Kathy, any suggestions then for "die Grundstücke und Gebäude...von der K vorbereitet wird"? In what way prepared? The only clue from context is that the buyer has to choose certain real estate to be included in the sale. So vorbereiten would have to mean choose. Quite thin.

I rather believe that "..., die von der Käuferin vorbereitet wird" refers to "Zustimmung der Vermieter". In other words: the buyer shall prepare a document, which will be submitted to the the lessor for approval of the sublease.

IMHO nothing else makes sense in this context, in practice however it should rather be the seller's obligation do draft such a document.

Sublease

I believe that this refers to "Grundstücke und Gebäude", and that the seller is NOT writing a lease contract.

disagree Stephen Sadie : sorry, but IMHO it is a lease contract

subletting

a subtle difference but IMHO fits better grammatically: "...the landlord's agreement to the subletting of the land and buildings used..."
This is one of the alternative translations we included in the Immobilienzeitung German-English Real Estate Dictionary
Peer comment(s):

agree RobinB : US English: sublease. And of course the "vorbereitet" refers to the Zustimmung (lessor's consent to sublease of land and buildings). Alec: we'll be in touch over Easter!
