This is from a property description (*not* sales particulars) of a 1900 apartment building in Berlin. Does it just mean "unique property" or is there a deeper implication?
The full wording is "Einzeldenkmal ohne Vorderhaus" - the latter presumably referring to the (lack of the) section fronting the street usually found in Grunderzeit apartment buildings.
