you might need to see the tiles....?
Kimmy (asker) Jan 26, 2006:
definitely relative to the versions but I thought there may have been a special "Tile speak" to say these! I never thought that they might be names as such! Hmmmmmmmmmm
Anne Sotgiu (X) Jan 26, 2006:
Are you sure these aren't the names of the three versions - the verb is plural, so it is relative to the versions rather than "linea"

Linea Nodo Punto

Thanks Jo for the suggestion - I think these are the names of the three versions, the verb in the plural seems to indicate this. If that is so, I would keep the names in Italian. Check with the producer.

Hi Kimmy,
The impression I get is that these are three different tile patterns/designs in a line/collection.
If so the names stay the same also in the translation. Ask the client to be sure though.

Nodo
(description of this tile/pattern)

Punto
(etc.)

Woops, after answering I saw Anne’s comments above. Anne, why don’t you give an answer and I’ll hide this. Your points, ok? If chosen by Kimmy as most suitable of course.
