Ideale
I understand "aspirations" as something the artist hopes to achieve. However since the translation should not sound to businesslike in an arts context "Ideale" is an appropriate word from the arts/humanities context. "Ideal" = idea of what is perfect, right.

künstlerische aspirationen
I guess you could call them 'artistic aspirations' which would be 'künstlerische Aspirationen'.

Hoffnungen und Ziele
The term can't easily be translated using just one German word - therefore I would suggest the above phrase
