This is the application of the ceramic cartridge used in bathroom batteries instead of the distributor. Among the ceramic cartridges in the battery constituting the subject of the invention, the first cartridge is the big cartridge that adjusts the water coming to the battery from the installation and that operates the battery. The operational system of this cartridge is the operation system of all mix batteries that are currently being used. The second cartridge is the most important feature of the invention and is the small cartridge that will perform the function of the distributor used in routing the water. With this system, by performing the canal changes in the battery mouth and by forming a new cartridge slot, the water outlet canals are changed.
The water canals under the slot of the cartridge that will act as the distributor in the mouth part of the battery has been divided into three with a curtain between them. Thanks to these canals, the water coming to the adjusted water chamber enters the distributor cartridge. The cartridge slot has been designed by seating the ceramic disc cartridge bearing on this divided system. The water entering the cartridge is routed to the battery mouth or the spiral. One of the mentioned canals ensures the entrance of water coming to the adjusted water chamber to the small cartridge. The second one is designed so as to make the water flow through the mouth and the third one is designed so as to route the water to the spiral (hand shower). With this new distributor system, the user can completely close the water without using the big control arm of the battery. This distributor makes it easier for the user to use the water with saving without wasting the water without touching the water adjustment whenever necessary.
It shall be possible to use a ***no – leg cartridge*** instead of the ***legged cartridge*** that will act as the distributor. In order to use the no – leg cartridge, the small cartridge non – leakage lateral wall (8.4) that is formed in the lower part of the small cartridge slot is processed in a smooth way. By this way, it will be possible to use legged, no – leg, joistic cartridges and cartridges capable of performing transition from hot to cold in the small cartridge slot. When joistic cartridges are used, the control arm must be changed.
In the cartridges that can perform transition from hot to cold, when the temperature of the water flowing from the hand shower during shower, the cartridge automatically turns itself rightwards and directs the water going to the spiral to the mouth. The purpose here is to prevent the flow of water at a temperature that may cause harm on the skin. By using this cartridge that can perform transition from hot to cold instead of the distributor in the battery appliance constituting the subject of the invention, especially while the children are taking shower, harm that may be caused by excessively hot water will be prevented.
