German term

ohne ihr weiteres Wissen und Einvernehmen

German to English Other Real Estate in Austria
The line reads: "Frau xxx erteil hiemit ihre ausdrückliche Zustimmung, dass aufgrund dieses Vertrags ohne ihr weiteres Wissen und Einvernehmen, jedoch nicht auf ihre Kosten, hinsichtlich Ihrer 2/3- Anteile an Einlagezahl 14 KG 54633 Alsergrund das Eigentum für Firma zzz grundbürgerlich einverleibt wird."
It seems to be typical phraseology for Austrian purchase agreements - what would the UK or US equivalent be? How to translate this and not make it sound illogical - she agrees, but without her agreement? Thankful for any leads or ideas you may have. And happy New Year by the way.

unreservedly

sounds credible legalese - and gets across the meaning of "with no need for any further discussion or agreement" which is presumably what is meant here. Quite a few Ghits iclude this phrase, not just property contracts but also AGBs like this one:

OED definition 1 of "unreservedly" is "without reserve or limitation; absolutely".
