A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

počítačový kurz
"Computer course" itself should be translated as "počítačový kurz", it's a widely used term (see Google, for example). However, should you need to add "software" and make it "computer software course", you would have to use a different translation: "kurz počítačového softwaru". Prokop is right about that. But you asked for the translation of "computer course" only...
"Software" (and all other *ware) should be inflected even though it's not a Czech word. You can consult <a href="http://www.pravidla.cz/hledej.php?qr=software">Pravi... českého pravopisu</a> or <a href="http://www.ujc.cas.cz/poradna/odpo.html#sw">ÚJČ AV</a>. Trust me, I specialize in IT. :)

: to Hynek: but you need to take the context into consideration. If you advise the translator to translate it as "pocitacovy kurz", he might have difficulties with adding the word "software" to a correct position and in a correct form.

I wouldn't be afraid of using the non-inflected form of the word "software" since it is not a Czech word. Despite it's not part of the original question, you can't translate "computer course" as "pocitacovy kurz" and then just add the word "software".
