Aus einem Vertragsentwurf bezueglich der Versicherung von Immobilien (*bestand* ist meine eigentliche Frage).

Wohnungsgesellschaften in zzzzzz Essen, Neuendorfer Str. 17, bezueglich der Risiken Feuer, Leitungswasser, Sturm.

Ich wuerde dies loesen, indem ich den Ausdruck in die Mehrzahl setze, also *residential properties*.Oder faellt jemandem etwas ein, wie man *bestand* unterbringen kann? Danke
