English to Spanish Other Law (general) Code of Conduct

The Company undertakes to disseminate, review, clarify and update the current version of the Code, to monitor its application and to evaluate any contradictions. It guarantees the right of its employees and other stakeholders to report violations of the Code or current regulations without penalty or prejudice. It shall also take disciplinary action following violations of the Code or the aforementioned regulations, in line with the disciplinary standards and procedures laid down in collective bargaining agreements and the Company’s internal rules and regulations.
