Japanese term
ハードのグレード感
Japanese to English
Bus/Financial
Business/Commerce (general)
The whole sentence is:
内装、設備などの先行整備によりハードのグレード感を保つこと
As with the other phrase I posted earlier, I'm not sure what this ハード is. I'm also not sure what グレード感 is in this case. Perhaps it's talking about sophistication?

superior quality of physical attributes
ハード refers to things that you can physically see, touch, etc.
In this case, your sentence may be something along the lines of:
"The superior (high/excellent/upper-class) quality of the physical attributes of (whatever it is) will be maintained/preserved by the future/anticipated improvements to the interior and facilities/equipment, etc."

Note from asker:
The topic is establishing a medical facility in a new building. I don't think it is talking about hardware (which I associate with computers). |

: It´s impossible to know unless you know what is the topic/subject of the sentence. You made a good attempt, but any translation out of context is quite difficult. In this case ハード probably means "hardware"

And グレード感 is feeling of high-quality, feeling that something has high-quality characteristics. Does this make sence?

grade perception of hardware / hardware grade perception
Just another twist. I've heard the term "grade perception" thrown around in MBA case studies related the setting of multiple price points.
