With the end of the year coming up could anyone please help me formulate neutral, non-christian season's greetings in Czech. And also a plain and simple "Happy New Year".

astný nový rok
This is only for "Happy New Year", because none of my colleagues got the spelling or capitalization right. "nový rok" (meaning "new year") should be always in lowercase, because "Nový rok" means only January the 1st and I guess you want to wish happiness for the whole year. :) "astný" should be used if the greeting is used individually, "astný" if it's preceded by something else (as in "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year").
As for "Season's Greetings", I wouldn't be afraid to mention Christmas in the Czech version. A typical Czech version of "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year" is:
Veselé Vánoce a astný nový rok

Radostné vánoční pozdravy / t´astný Nový Rok
I would use "Radostne vanocni pozdravy" for Season's greetings and "Stastny Novy Rok" for Happy New Year.

sváteční pozdrav/tastný nový rok
Another option, probably closest to the original. That's not to say the others are wrong. I have seen svatecni pozdrav on postcards. Or maybe krasne vanoce a stastny novy rok
