I agree witrh Daniela as far as the definition of "Mangia e Bevi" is concerned, but I have never seen "Combo" related to something to drink.
I would translate it, depending to the context, with either "fruit and juice/drink" or "fruit and ice-cream"...
or maybe "Drink your Fruit"???? :-)
