¡Hola!
Andrea

If you are talking about "All Terrain Vehicles" or "ATVs", the above options are the most common English equivalents. The first link shows examples of these kinds of vehicles from companies like Kawasaki and Suzuki. ATVs are popular here in Wisconsin, and also dangerous, as the quote indicates. However, if you are talking about older or unusual contemporary models of 3-wheeled vehicles, the second link may be helpful. ¡Espero que esta información le ayude!

Tricycle and quadricycle
I think the ones you are dealing with are motorized, rather than pedal bikes, so you should put motorized in front of each. Check out the example and link below.
Motorized Quadricycle and Motorized Tricycle
A "motorized quadricycle" is a four-wheeled device, and a "motorized tricycle" is a three-wheeled device, designed to carry not more than two persons, including the driver, and having either an electric motor or a motor with an automatic transmission developing less than two gross brake horsepower and capable of propelling the device at a maximum speed of not more than 30 miles per hour on level ground. The device shall be utilized only by a person who by reason of physical disability is otherwise unable to move about as a pedestrian or by a senior citizen as defined in Section 13000.

Andrea,
I found "quadricycle" in the site "About microcars": http://www.micro-cars.co.uk/
Tricycle is not a very rare word, you'll find it in many sites. I'm quoting from a site: "Since that ban was established, other types of 3 wheeled vehicles have
evolved, from wheel chair "sports" vehicles, to ergonomic tricycles."
