from the Harraps, or it translates on the internet self-financing but does not sound right to me, never heard of it

just looked in my Dictionary of Business and find both self-financing:- self financing :the financing of developement costs,purchase of capital assets etc by a company from its own ressources
- plough back : to invest the profits in the business (and not pay them out as dividends to the shareholders) by using them to buy new equipments or create new products
