Io penso che tu possa sottintendere "item", "piece of clothing" o altro, è chiaro che si parla di quel capo di abbigliamento e che quel capo di abbigliamento non deve entrare in contatto con creme solari, ecc.. Speriamo non sia un costume da bagno, altrimenti la vedo male ;-) Ho usato "suntan lotions and creams" ma puoi usare quello che vuoi, immagino ci siano diversi modi di dirlo!

12 hours ago I realised my error - and that it's article/item/garment - not head - and emailed the asker direct with apologies!
