Blossoms of the Future
I tried to do some thinking out of the box as it were. First, I thought that the word "organization" does not have to be part of the name, it can be added to the name in registration papers if that's needed, but not in publicity copy. I then thought that a metaphor can stand for the word بشائر, something that foretells of good news to come. For example, I thought of the word "glimmers", but it did not seem all positive as it can indicate a faded light as well as breaking streak of light. Finally, here are some options:
