French term

parfaitement habilité

Problème : Don’t worry about anything apart from the rendering of “parfaitement habilité”. It’s the “parfaitement” which is bugging me.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thank you very much to all of you. Particularly to JeanneZ for the "fully" prompt and to Peter for his prhasing. I just couldn't land on the right term - was up working too late again."

fully authorized

Right after sending off my last suggestion, I realized that "fully" sounds better than "completely."

fully authorised, accredited or legally authorised or fully entitled to

The most commonly used, easy to fit anywhere would be fully authorized. But i have also often found in English and American documents teh other above solutions.

"Completly" though can not be used.

Good luck and take care
Peer comment(s):

agree AndrewBM : legally entitled

Fully capable

v.g. dans le contexte légal: un juge pleinement (ou parfaitement) habilité à entendre la cause...

Autre ex: recevable (i.e. habilité à...)l'enregistrement: capable of registration.
Hope it helps!
Peer comment(s):

neutral Corinne Bono : usually avoided in commercial documents as it is accepted that the general public would consider "capable" as a phisical thing rather than as a legal binding
