I waive my right to the pro rata payment endorsed by articles...
I'm not 100% about the pro rata payment part, but I'd sooner translate "renonce" with "waive my right." "Renounce" does work technically, but it's a bit strong given the context. To "waive one's right to something" is more common for legal mumbo-jumbo.
