Spanish term
ZEI
Spanish to English
Medical
Medical: Cardiology
EKG
Spain: EKG report: pt with grade III angina, previous inferior MI, PTCA, stents: "Ritmo sinusal. Alteración del ECG. ZEI inferior crónica." I thought, "zona de enfermedad isquémica" maybe (?) but couldn't find anything like that. Thank you.

zona eléctricamente inactivable
Hi,
This is the what it means. I´m trying to find out how to translate it into English.
Cheers,
Gloria
"A esta condición se le ha denominado "zona eléctricamente inactivable" (ZEI) y es inespecífica en cuanto se refiere al origen de la zona de inactivación."

I think I´d go with "inactivable zone" or "inactivable myocardial zone".
Saludos,
Gloria
