Spanish term
relacionarlo posteriormente con su "forma de actuar".
Spanish to English
Marketing
Marketing
"Actually, what is really interesting is to analyze the behavior of each consumer... ...and what it is that makes them feel in a certain way about a brand, making it possible to relate it (that feeling) later with their "way of acting"."
Quizas en lugar de "way of acting", podría ser "pattern of behavior", o mejores opciones.

In fact, what is really interesting is analyzing the behavior of each consumer... and what makes him (singular) feel a certain way about a brand, making it possibly to relate this feeling with how they react/with their behavior pattern/with how they behave.

As far as I know, the subject must agree with the verb in all instances. This doesn't mean that there isn't a rule I don't know about. To avoid the him/her issue, you could word it like this:
... and what makes the consumer feel a certain way
....and what makes this consumer feel a certain way

Note from asker:
Además esto evitaría el him/her. Gracias. |
