Se trata de parte de un manual BPM (Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura) en la industria frigorífica.
Se refiere al personal de la Planta.
"... Usar el filtro sanitario toda vez que se entre y salga del sector de trabajo de acuerdo a lo descripto en el presente manual. Realizando las operaciones en el siguiente orden:
Lavado de suelas
Lavado de capellada y caña de las botas con cepillo manual
Lavado y desinfección de manos..."
De paso les consulto, ¿alguien sabe de dónde puedo descargar un manual de este tipo en inglés?
Encuentro algunos sobre alimentos pero necesito alguno específico de la industria frigorífica (proceso de carne vacuna).

Decontamination is the act of physically removing contaminants. You must decontaminate every time you leave the work area. This is done in all sorts of facilities, ranging from hospitals to nuclear power plants with everything else conceivable in between.
