Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el apartado 9.1(iii)(c), en caso que el Otorgante, por cualquier causa, no cumpliera con cualquiera de las obligaciones a su cargo establecidas en el presente Contrato de Prenda y/o realizara cualquier acto de disposición material o jurídica de la Cuenta de Transferencia, los Depósitos a Plazo Fijo, los Certificados de Depósito a Plazo Fijo y/o los créditos correspondientes a los mismos que importe una desvalorización o debilitamiento de las Prendas, el Agente de la Garantía podrá solicitar las medidas conservatorias y/o precautorias correspondientes.

The fact or state of being damaged, weakned or diminished. The Spanish equivalent of the term "impairment" is "Deterioro" in Mexico and "Desvalorización" in the "Cono Sur".
