Spain. Not sure how to put this, nor do I understand how it can dry out "por" absolute/atmospheric humidity [if that is the right term].

Con respecto a seca y se seca ambos son de uso común en ese contexto, y secar puede asumir transitividad.

Yes, and shouldn't it be "se seca" if the verb is intransitive? My query was really about the use of "por" because in English I'd say "at" or "in"... |
