показав белые с желтоватым отливом зубы, она улыбнулась.
A guy describes a girl who is lying in bed beside him as he wakes up after partying all night. I understand what he is saying but how to put it in decent English!
Thank you for any help.

Comment: "Thanks to all. I think I'll say slightly yellow-tinged teeth but this suggestion was the most helpful."

yellowed teeth
The use of tobacco products, coffee, and irregular oral hygiene routines will stain and produce yellowed teeth that diminish the original tooth whiteness.

I would avoid the tint/tinge.

Or, if you think that's a bit overstated, you could go with "slightly yellowed teeth"

The Misha
: My own first impulse was somewhat/slightly yellowish teeth, and that's probably how most natives would think of it. The problem is we are not writing this text, so I guess, we gotta give them white teeth with a yellowish tinge or something like it.

pearly white smile
In the described setting, the use of "yellow" would rob the narrative of its (it is supposed it is) romantic tone.
A possible variant is " she gave him a pearly white smile" or " she smiled revealing her pearly whites.
Pearly whites are supposed to be yellow in any case.
"In most cases, your pearly whites probably have a yellow tint for many years for your pure coloration. Its not all pearly whites start off as vibrant, and several individuals pure teeth coloration is often more yellow than white colored" http://enjoyroufuskickboxingfree.com/?p=323

The Misha
: Yep, it's a great way to put it - except it is not at all what the text says. Plus, you are assuming the romantic part - heck, that may be the exact opposite here as well.

: По-русски это скорее соответствовало бы снежно-белому цвету, но уж никак не желтоватому

off-white teeth
off-white = a grayish or yellowish white.
Example
The reason that lemon juice 'works' is that it causes the teeth to lose calcium (which gives teeth some of their off-white color).

I think this is more suitable for the particular context.

Or "opalescent smile" perhaps. Also implies yellowish.

A possible translation could perhaps be:
She flashed me an off-white smile.
