Homework / test Romanian to German Other Law: Contract(s)
Termenul apare intr-un contract de colaborare. Pentru colaborator cunosc doar termenul de Mitarbeiter, care evident nu se potriveste aici. Pentru beneficiar am gasit "Leistungsempfänger". Este ok in contextul acesta?

În funcţie de context, cred că merge una din cele trei variante. "Kompagnon" se foloseşte în domeniul de afaceri.

Oricum "Leistungsempfaenger" nu prea merge, întrucât se referă la cineva care primeşte bani din partea unei asigurări.
