This is the owner of a hotel in the Angolan enclave of Cabinda talking:
"Os empregados são todos da zona e este hotel é o primeiro emprego da maioria, que também são formados pelos 3 gerentes – e falam sobretudo português, mas não o português de mainese – ou seja muito depressa”.
Anybody know the expression "português de mainese"? It may be Angolan of course.

Aqui no meu dicionário da porto editora tem em "maionese" para além do molho, esta definição: confusão de várias coisas, salada russa.
Pode ser um typo... e provavelmente é mesmo maionese, fica bem no contexto.
