This is the name of an apartment building located in Fujimi, Saitama Prefecture. Does anyone know what the English rendering of the Katakana would be?

Lieber daheim
As Cameron writes, this is derived from German, but it's "lieber daheim" not "lieb daheim". The literal translation would be "rather at home" (... than anywhere else?). The nicest translation might be "Home Sweet Home"?

If you want to keep the Katakana to enable readers to go back to the Japanese, it'd would be "Riberu Dahaimu"

Lieb daheim
I believe this comes from the German, "lieb daheim" meaning "loving home" or "dear home". That being said, I don't think a letter or package addressed to "Dai 2 Lieb Daheim" would be delivered properly. Perhaps just "Dai 2 Riberu Dehaimu"is the safest bet!
