I have used "liabilities" here and wonder if the term is OK for the context (in this case) ??
The indemnity referred to in this clause is issued by "GXXX", without prejudice to "YYY"s entitlement to claim compensation for all direct damages suffered as a result of any possible termination of the contract, for liabilities due to "GXXX".
