Meinungsmacht kann sich in dieselbe Synonymgruppe befinden, aber dann ist es noch nicht dasselbe. Meinungsmacht ist der kraft einer Meinung zu kreieren und Meinungsmache ist die tatsächliche Propaganda. Der erste ist darum die Kraft dass zu schaffen und die zweite ist der Ausführung.

That's a relief. Indeed the two are connected, but the difference is not so subtile. The nuance is: the first is the making of the opinion, the second is the execution. One can't exchange them.

Meinungsmacht can be in the same Synonymgroup, but it's still not the same. As you've said yourself: Meinungsmacht is the power to shape opinion and Meinungsmache is spin or propaganda.
