German term
Doppel-Hubofen
German to English
Tech/Engineering
Metallurgy / Casting
Smelting
Context:
"Arbeiten am Doppel-Hubofen sind nur durch geschultes Personal auszuführen."
Otherwise this is just referred to as an "Ofen" in this document, or a "Tundish" in parallel documents. I can find references to "Hubofen" on pages about furnaces of various kinds (cf. http://www.crystec.com/kllcerad.htm for example), but no English translation so far.

Why do you say that? I was perfectly satisfied with the gist of the answer, but had to deduct points for poor spelling. |
