ANR

German to English Medical Medical: Health Care Laboratory Test Results
This is an abbreviation from a lab test report, with the following context:

"Abweichende Referenzwerte
NA - ANR 65617495 134-144
HB - ANR 65617495 12.7-18.7.
etc."
This relates to lab results from a blood test, with the title "routine findings".
I am sorry I do not have much more context myself.

Does anyone know what the "ANR" might stand for in German?
I suspect it has something to do with the lab itself, not the actual results?

Thank you all for your answers. The client finally got back to me, and ANR in this case was simply "Auftragsnummer". I don't think anyone could have guessed that from the context given - very frustrating!

ANR Re. "ANR", I don't think that it is equivalent to "annähernder Referenzwert" (a W would be missing in the acronym if we followed this logic). Note that "ANR" is followed by the same number in both instances. Does it perhaps stand for "Abrechnungsnummer"? We would have to see the exact structure of the table/columns to be sure, though.

NA = Natrium (sodium)
HB = Hämoglobin (hemoglobin)
ANR = annähernder Referenzwert (??)

The values provided by Maren (see above) would point in this direction.

I don't think that fits the context.

134-144 is around the normal value for sodium. Could A be abweichende and R Referenzwerte? Or, as John implies, NR could be Nummer.
