as I take it from your reference to production/manufacturing, I would suggest "rise and fall" but there is seriously no way to help you if you can't provide more context :)

as it's a list could be: rises and dips but if you can't provide any sort of context it's still a sheer guess

neutral Ulrike Kraemer : you forgot to mention raise/lower, pivot up/down, slew up/down; as long as we don't know WHAT EXACTLY is swivelling/tilting/pivoting/slewing - or swivelled/tilted/pivoted/slewed ??? - up and down, we can't say for sure, can we?
