Main or registered residence
It is unusual to say residence for tax purposes. It is simply the main or registered residence, where the taxpayer has his/her registered address, just as in "registered place of business" and where he/she spends the major portion of time (or should anyway).
I know it has been graded already, but I think it might help in the future.
