German term
Transfer- und Registerstelle
German to English
Bus/Financial
Investment / Securities
Relates to an investment fund: it's the office, or in this case, company, which processes the subscriptions.
I was sent a TM in which this term is consistently translated as "Transfer Agent"... but this doesn't sit quite right with me. Wouldn't it be better to simply translate it as "Transfer and Registry Office"?
Thanks and good day to all,
