WISC V assessment
In the WISC V assessment, there are two tests that are called "Barrage aléatoire" and "Barrage structuré" in French. For the life of me I cannot figure out which these are in the English version. Perhaps the day has been too hot.
"... a subtest that assesses an individual’s processing speed. During this task, the examinee is presented with a series of simple geometric shapes, and their goal is to cross out specific shapes while ignoring others. The unique aspect of the WISC-V "Barrage" subtest is that it uses colorful figurative materials for the shapes. This subtest measures an individual’s ability to process visual information quickly within the CHC model (Cattell-Horn-Carroll theory). It provides insights into how efficiently the individual can visually scan and respond to stimuli, which is relevant for academic tasks and daily functioning."
Below is a rather clear layout of the tests and subtests:

This test falls under "Processing Speed Index", so I think it could be "Symbol Search"?
