basic dexterity
I think "ou" would be better translated as "and", since it's not one or the other.

basic nimbleness
I prefer nimbleness to dexterity. The latter word seems to me a little bit abstract.

: I prefer it too, but it's not really a medical term

: Jack be nimble, Jack be quick, Jack jump over the candlestick? dexterité is not the same as agilité I'd have thought /thank you so much for explaining US English to me. But this is dexterity, not agility in any case

In the US, nimble is used more often than dexterous. In addition, nimble includes all kinds of agility (physical, wit, savoir-faire)

: "Nimbleness" is absolutely inappropriate for this context. Besides being quaintly old-fashioned, it would be more suitable for hopping and skipping around.

: here the requirement is ONLY for manual dexterity not "all kinds of agility (physical, wit, savoir-faire).."
