ready-to-use
Loads of Google hits seem to indicate that this means 'fruit and vegetables in ready-to-use form' --- usually, packaged in a protective atmosphere (rather than necessarily vacuum-packed)
This especially applies to things like salad, and of course watercress.
Brut clearly means 'as picked' (ugh, dirty, all that mud...), and 4e gamme, although it claims to be 'washed and ready to eat', frankly leaves me deeply suspicious...
Mind you, at the rate your document is banning food products, is there going to be ANYTHING left?
