French to English
Other
Food & Drink
Food production and sales in Africa
The full phrase is "Suivi des tests de production et appui pour l'emballage et l'étiquetage des aliments enrichis"
I am not sure what they mean by "appui" here. I am translating the phrase as "Monitoring production tests and ??? for the packaging and labeling of the fortified foods"

(monitoring production tests) and support (for the packaging)
They only monitor the production tests but they apparently participate in the packaging and labelling of the food. More context would be needed to be sure.

@ Stephanie: That sounds odd in French too, hehe. But it seems to be the meaning. Hopefully, someone will find a better term. In FR>EN, I only try to help with the understanding, but I do not pretend to be able to find the correct translation.

Note from asker:
That was my first reading, but it seem to be odd to say "support for testing and labeling." |
Thanks for confirming that it sounds odd in French, I thought it did. There seems to be ways of saying some things in this text that are unique to Francophone Africa |

Comment: "thanks. I think there is some ambiguity - if its financial support or official backing for such labeling, but support makes sense either way"
