probably an explanation of what this particular (or page) sheet/tab in your software looks like.
Amortisation is depreciation / or amortisation, but depreciation is more suitable for physical goods, like your "articles" which sound quite material to me.
Whether to use tab or page depends on your context, e.g. a single page with all the data on an article may be better called "page", if the information is split up in smaller parts of e.g. a article properties dialogue box, you may call it a tab.
