Of course, it is all subjective and a matter of opinion. Even though it is a word for word translation, as you correctly suggest, it makes sense to me.

Discussion
I would have expected either "at the negotiated price" or "according to the «tarif» prevailing on the date of dispatch". I wonder if it's possible there's an «ou» or a «/» missing?
As Rob has commented elsewhere, I think it would be worth seeking clarification if you can.
