There is nothing wrong with this sentence, however odd it might sound.
The "labels" in questions are a kind of distinctive visual "quality marks" / "seals of approval" / "credentials" / "badges of honour" & similar that the company will use as part of its marketing and put them on its website, on all invoices, on all correspondence and on all products (if they sell something tangible) - like "woolmark" for wool or "organic" for food.
A "label" of this kind is not going to create itself.
Someone has to decide what the label will be associated with (clean energy / energy efficiency or whatever is to be promoted), what would be the criteria to obtain this newly created label, someone has to deal with applications to obtain the label, to monitor for possible fraudulent use of the label, etc...
Looks to me like there's a lot of "organising" involved in creating some little "quality mark" to put next to a company name.
In the same way as someone would have to "organise" the whole procedure around planning permissions or pub licences, or all various ISO-whatever labels.
