trembling
I experienced this after over-using my inhalers just the other day....you feel like you are trembling and shaking, rather unsteady and weak, although you are not visibly shaking or trembling. It is the kind of feeling you might experience after a shock, say, seeing or experiencing something shocking.

AHA! The word that's been on the tip of my mind for hours . . . Jittery. That's what it is.

oxygen rush makes your fingers shaky
I have an allergy and as it's worst effect I have ever experienced - was a severe asthmatic reaction. The inhaler gives you that kind of relief as a gulp of air after you've spent a while under water, say - swimming up to the surface. The body is saturated with oxygen again, but my doctor has explained to me , that I may experience a shaky feeling first and drowsiness after and this is due to the suddenly opened wind pipe .
