English term
package deal/sale
English to Spanish
Bus/Financial
Law: Contract(s)
A contract between two oil companies. I've seen that package deal can be translated as "oferta integral". Would "package sale" be "venta integral"?
In the event of a Transfer that (i) is not a Cash Transfer, (ii) arises as a result of a direct or indirect change in Control of a Party or (iii) involves other properties included in a wider transaction (***package deal***).
In the case of a ***package sale***, no Party may acquire the Participating Interest subject to the proposed ***package sale*** unless and until the completion of the wider transaction.
Thanks in advance

I base my answer on the WTO terminology. I think the best translation is the one involving the term GLOBAL; and as to DEAL, even though in other contexts it may be translated as OFERTA (your suggestion), here they are talking about a whole transaction, that´s why I chose ACUERDO.
