"first option"
I'm not entirely happy with this solution, but there is evidence on the web that this term, FO meaning 'first option', is commonly not translated into Spanish. If you leave it in English, I suggest you put the full expresion 'first option', and set it in quotes (or italics) to indicate that's it's a foreign term.

Uff, perdón por el error tipográfico de "Oricina", quise escribir "Oficina", claro.

: Your 1st webref clearly points to FO = Foreign Office, which is the UK equivalent to 'Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores' ; that's hardly relevant in Asker's context. The 2nd webref is no better. Disagree --> neutral, now that I've given an answer.

Thank you, Robin. In the context given, your option seems to fit better.

Exclusivity
Film options are exclusive, usually for an initial period of 12–18 months. After the expiration date, the producer no longer has an exclusive right to buy the screenplay, and the writer can option it to a different producer. Most option agreements specify the prices of additional extensions (most commonly one extension, also for 12–18 months), should the producer be unable to put the movie together in the originally specified term, and choose to extend. The fee for the first option period is normally applicable to the option exercise price, while the fee for the extension (if exercised) typically is not applicable, though that is not always the case.

: Probably "Opción de Exclusividad" or "Opción prioritaria" or even "Primera opción", could be options to consider.
