post-acquisition processing package - программный комплекс для обработки собранных данных (уже собранных, потому что данные можно обрабатывать и в реальном времени)
в данном случае acquisition, IMHO, не приобретение чего-л., а сбор данных (data acquisition). Данное словосочетание очень популярно в этой среде.

Комментарий от коллеги (survey engineer): скорее всего, это приложение, выполняющее предварительный просмотр собранных данных на предмет проверки их целостности и полноты (coverage and integrity), ну и минимальную обработку заодно.
в данном случае acquisition, IMHO, не приобретение чего-л., а сбор данных (data acquisition). Данное словосочетание очень популярно в этой среде.

CСпасибо, Enote. А что после приобретения эти данные не собираются и не анализируются? // Я думал, что возможна ситуация, когда впервые после приобретения объекта тщательно анализируется его состояние.

С моей колокольни я не вижу там никакого приобретения и объекта. Согласно фразе контекста Компания предоставляет данные в формате XTF Подрядчику, который обрабатывает их на своем (проприетарном) софте CleanSweep, предназначенном для обработки уже собранных (post-acquisition - "после сбора") данных.
