Chodzi o znaczenie w wyrażeniu "bloating and FLATULENCE". Słownikowo obydwa można tłumaczyć jako wzdęcia, przy czym to drugie lekko wskazuje na wzdęcia z "puszczaniem gazów". Ja chciałbym całe wyrażenie przetłumaczyć jako "wzdęcia ze skłonnością do puszczania gazów", proszę o komentarze.

I have eventually asked my neighbour doctor, and he said sort of like:
meteorism flatulence = wzdęcie, wiatry ... and that is it since suddenly I heard his wife's voice ... "Honey, dinner's ready!" ... so, you know ... our talk was over :)

Flatulence has two meanings: one is bloating itself (wzdęcie) and the other is the expulsion of the gases (gazy jelitowe) . Wzdęcia brzucha would work for both.

podałem opcję, tak mówią lekarze ... jeśli zależy Ci na opcji bardziej fachowej - użyj -- "gazy jelitowe".

Ja tam się takich wyrażeń nie boję, zwłaszcza w opisie patentowym, ale może jakaś sugestia, które z określeń oznaczających "puszczanie bąków" jest mniej gorsząca oraz w ogóle, czy dobrze postrzegam różnicę między bloating a flatulence?

One thing I'm not certain about is the difference between bloating and flatulence, I understand they mean almost the same, do you think I can replace both of them with "wzdęcie brzucha"?
