The Company may not benefit from a reduction in the rate of withholding tax by virtue of the double taxation agreements in operation between Ireland and other countries. If this position changes in the future and the application of a lower rate results in a repayment to the Company, the **Net Asset Value will not be restated** and the benefit will be allocated to the existing Shareholders ratably at the time of repayment.
