nonwoven abrasives, produced in a single
process from base fibre that is carded, layered
and needled to form a fleece.
A variety of flexible resins and grits are applied
to produce abrasive products with a range of
desirable properties designed for cleaning,
finishing, de-burring and many other surface
preparation applications.
The consistent performance is achieved as a
result of the regular distribution of abrasive grit
throughout the material. As each microscopic
layer of fibre and grit is worn away, a fresh
cutting surface is exposed.
